Admission Requirements & Procedure

Please prepare the following for your enrollment:

1. 1 pc 1×1 and 2×2 ID picture with collar and white background
2. Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate
3. Photocopy of Marriage Certificates for married
4. Or photocopy of High School Card for High School Graduates
5. • Or Photocopy of ALS Certificate for ALS Graduates
   • Or Certification from last school attended or TOR for college graduates
   • photocopy of TOR for College Graduates
6. Download and accomplish the Enrollment Routing & Confirmation Slip. DOWNLOAD

New students will take Entrance Exam on Guidance Office, Scheduled every 9 AM and 2 PM.

Please present these documents to TRD Office including the result of your Entrance Exam and Enrollment Routing & Confirmation Slip.
